Rules for intended use, warnings, termination, refunds, and data. Applies to all Premium and elevated-access accounts.
Last updated: August 3, 2026 · Effective immediately for new and renewing Premium access
DOTFLIX Premium (and related elevated access) is granted so you can create, host, and publicly deliver files through DOTFLIX share pages and approved workflows. Approval is based on legitimate sharing use — not indefinite cold storage, warehouse hosting, or idle holding of data.
See also Pricing and Eligibility.
You must use Premium in line with the purpose for which access was approved, including:
Using Premium primarily as a private archive, backup dump, or unused storage pool — while the account shows little or no proper public share activity on the disclosed destination — is a policy violation.
If an account was approved for a stated use (for example, a specific site or channel) but is thereafter used mainly for storing files without proper delivery use on that destination, DOTFLIX may:
DOTFLIX is not obliged to export, recover, or hold data after a termination under this section.
The following are violations:
For violations under this section (when immediate termination is not already warranted):
Maximum: two (2) warnings. A third qualifying incident triggers termination. DOTFLIX may skip warnings and terminate immediately for severe abuse, fraud, illegal content, or clear storage-only misuse (Section 3).
Termination may include one or more of the following:
Termination under this Premium Policy is final for the current billing or grant period unless DOTFLIX expressly reinstates access in writing.
Fees paid for Premium, elevated limits, or related grants are non-refundable when access is terminated for policy violations, including Sections 3–5, or when you cancel after activation for the current period.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting DOTFLIX support may result in permanent ban and evidence sharing with payment providers where applicable.
DOTFLIX may grant time-limited exceptions for documented events (launches, campaigns, outages, or migrations). Exceptions:
Abuse of an exception (for example, using an event window for unrelated storage) is treated under Sections 3–5.
DOTFLIX may review share activity, destination consistency with approval records, multi-account patterns, and support history when enforcing this policy. Decisions are made in good faith to protect platform capacity and legitimate creators.
For Premium questions, exception requests, or to respond to a warning, use Contact or Telegram support. Do not ignore a warning notice — silence may count as failure to remediate.
