1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing DOTFLIX ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and registered users.
2. Service description
DOTFLIX provides secure cloud file sharing, including:
- Google Drive link processing and direct download share pages
- Video upload workflows with automatic share link creation
- Access-code accounts and dashboard tools
- Support via Telegram and our contact page
- Optional advertising on supported pages
3. Accounts and access codes
- You must keep access credentials confidential
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Report unauthorized use immediately via our contact page
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
4. Acceptable use
Permitted
- Sharing files you own or are authorized to distribute
- Using share links and uploads in compliance with applicable law
- Contacting support for legitimate account or technical requests
Prohibited
- Illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution
- Spam, phishing, fraud, or system abuse
- Attempts to bypass security, quotas, or access controls
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DOTFLIX a limited licence to process, host, and deliver content solely to operate the Service. DOTFLIX branding, software, and site content remain our property.

7. Advertising
Some pages may show third-party ads. We do not control advertiser content. Ads may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOTFLIX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or risk to the platform or other users. Premium-specific rules, warnings, no-refund, and data outcomes are set out in the Premium Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
